Is your EVENT script enriching, elevating, holistic enough?
"Superscripting" projects involve the development of holistic story directions and working script treatments for special and sponsored events, presentations, performances. That give rise not only to the rhythm and contours of a spoken narrative, but also to visual, audio, staging and other elements and opportunities. Inspire and inform all the players, from presenters to producers to receivers. These projects run from large-scale conference openings to smaller-forum talks.
I bring a wraparound understanding of all facets of a story, the goals, the given presenter(s), performer(s), the audience, the context of its delivery, and how to help integrate everything into a larger, flowing, truly engaging production.

- SAP, superscript development for the opening of an SAP Sapphire Now conference. Performed live by film & stage actor Gabriel Byrne for an also-live audience of over 6,000 C-suite executives from leading and niche companies -- and tens of thousands of online viewers. Working with Woo Creative. The scripting gave rise to the presentation elements, design and overall direction. It was re-performed by Byrne the same year, in Europe, for SAP Sapphire Now Madrid. Both incredibly well received. Part of the mission was to put SAP forward in the consciousness of the audience as a thought leader. In their words, it became the most successful presentation in their history. It also led to a stream of film, video, advertising, CEO-speechwriting and other high profile assignments for the Company. Here is an audio-only clip from the full-scale video, highlighting the narration...
- HP, concept & script development [framing, voicing, writing] consulting for the HP Discover 2013 technology conference opener, performed live by actor Kevin Bacon. Working with Woo Creative and i4d events. Then subsequent projects for HP and HPE, including scripting for an opener for its Global Partners Summit.
